I reading an article on a person who had reached the centurian age, a life lived so long has so much wisdom and I was taken by there words: see below- I wish I had the article but I do have this piece I cut and pasted to my beloved journal:
Meaningful Pursuits get good at doing hard things, you can do almost anything you put your mind to. you can’t lift a thousand pounds all at once, yet you can easily lift one pound a thousand times. Tiny, repeated efforts will get you there, gradually. The biggest disappointments in life are often the result of misplaced expectations Our character is often most evident at our highs and lows. – Be humble at the mountaintops, be strong in the valleys, and be faithful in between. And on particularly hard days when you feel that you can’t endure, remind yourself that your track record for getting through hard days is 100% so far
Now just breathe this in and trust yourself
